Is anyone else confused as i am about trying to be healthy, ethical, eco friendly, natural, organic, fairtrade, free from toxins...?!! A recent tv programme has made me look at my health and what i can do to improve it. I didnt realise how many chemicals were in foods, cosmetics & drugs! The toxins in certain products we use everyday are being absorbed into our bodies. Traces of chemicals can be found in the blood and urine. Some mothers who were breast feeding were horrified to find out harmful chemicals were in their breast millk. I decided to make a step towards changing my lifestyle to be more healthy, eco friendly & organic! In theory it sounds easy but in reality it can be VERY confusing! Health food shops are VERY CONFUSING!
