Band Bios:
Jon Leon, Bass -- Tour veteran and fingerstyle bass master Jon Leon is the backbone and driving force behind White Wizzard. Influenced by Steve Harris and Cliff Burton, Jon's standards -- in musicianship and in business affairs -- are nothing short of ruthlessly demanding. He takes the stage with a fierce intensity in his eyes and a thunderous roar from his massive bass rig.
James-Paul Luna, Vocals -- Bilingual casanova James Luna is known not only for his R&B tinged vocal stylings, but for his on-stage persona, hip fashion and physical antics. James knows how to get attention and draw the audience into the White Wizzard experience. A mix of Rob Halford, James Brown and Zorro, James delivers the goods on stage, in front of the stage, on top of the drumset, and at the aftershow meet'n'greet.
James J LaRue, Guitar -- Virtuoso shred guitarist James J LaRue takes an unashamed stance against mediocre technical abilities and lackluster performance. Acclaimed not only for his excellent chops, tone and melodic phrasing, but for his passionate "guitar faces" and "rock poses". It's like watching Guitar Hero live onstage.
Tyler Meahl, Drums -- Tyler's boyish charms and machine-gun double bass blasts are sure to entertain teenage girls and burly metalhead bro's alike. His youthful energy and stamina keep the Wizzard running at full speed through the longest of sets. Tireless and focused, Tyler adds a precise intensity to the band's flowing melodic elements.
