This video discusses the general technique to re-colour hair in photos in Xara. It does not demonstrate getting the result as perfect as it could be, which would require a little more time and add nothing to the purpose of the video. It is arguably less laborious to achieve comparable results in vector software, in particular Xara, than pixel editing software like Photoshop, despite the fact that Xara 3.2 and below is not a photo retouching package.
