  • Got cut off at the end, there was about 2 mins left on it, damn! but anyways..This is a trip that 17 students and 4 teachers from my school went on in January 2008. We travelled to the Dominican Republic to live with the families there in a town called Consuelo. They were so called "middle class." This is a slideshow of our experience there that begins with some scenery of the village and town, then some of the children and families living in the bateyes (where the sugar cane workers live) and some of our own personal pictures. Enjoy, and hope you get something out of it!
