  • Long John Baldry is one of my favorite singers of all time. I've noticed that these two songs aren't on youtube, so I thought I'd bring them here. Both come from the same album "It Ain't Easy" which came out in 1971. Black Girl is an American folk song that has various names including In the Pines and Where did you sleep last night. The female vocalist who sings in this duet is Maggie Bell.
