  • Hi all. I finally managed to get all 200 achievement points on Duke Nukem 3D not too long ago. I hadn't checked to see what I unlocked in the gallery for a while, and boy was I surprised at what I found. First image appears to be Duke reloading his pistol in front of an enemy Octabrain. From the backdrop of the level, it looks like some sort of dam. You can see another Octabrain in the background on the top left. Second image is just Duke smirking with two scantily clad women in the background. I apologize for the video quality. As I don't have any sort of video camera, I had to record this video using my cellphone. If you've unlocked these images, PLEASE, upload a better video of them. *Update* Whoa, featured on shacknews. You guys are fast. http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/54940 Kotaku as well. http://kotaku.com/5055407/new-duke-nukem-forever-screens-in-duke-3d
  • No glasses required! Cross your eyes while looking at the two images on the screen until they merge into eachother completely and are lined up. There should be three pictures, but you only need to focus on the middle one. Once you can focus on the picture, it should pop out in full 3D. This is done by taking a picture at two different points in the same scene. This simulates having two eyes. On the screen, closer objects move more when you move left and right and far objects move less. When the two pictures are combined, your eyes have to go MORE crosseyed to focus on the CLOSER objects and LESS crosseyed on the FURTHER objects. This gives the wonderful illusion of perspective. But enough talk, the effect is just too awesome to waste time reading me babble on :P If you want to know more about how it works, google it lol The music is 'The Beast' by Milt Buckner, a famous Jazz pianist and organist. You may know it as the Battlefield: Bad Company theme music. I love that game xD (AND if you ask, my PSN name is super6blx like my youtube name but Blx, not Plx.)
